In this session, I’ll begin by offering gentle, intuitive bodywork, guiding your body to soften and release accumulated tension and stress. After this initial phase, I’ll integrate healing sound vibrations using instruments (like singing bowls and tuning forks) which further enhance the body’s relaxation response.

These therapeutic techniques help relieve muscular tension, improve circulation and flexibility, reduce stress and pain, boost immunity, and energetically balance the body and mind. Thai Yoga Bodywork traditionally is done on a mat on the floor. It can also be done on a massage table (if being close to the ground is a challenge). Both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing, which will allow ease of movement.
